BigRob’s Streetwear Shipping Policy

Processing & Production

BigRob’s Streetwear products are printed on demand. Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–4 business days. Processing times may occasionally be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is $7.95. Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other available destinations may be higher and will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Times

Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your address before submitting your order. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or appears to be lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible at 1bigrob72@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment provider to resolve eligible claims.
